City leaders have taken another step forward with plans for more single-family homes just northeast of Fareway, Stewartville's grocery store.
Developer Marv Schumann plans to build 20 new homes for the fourth phase of his Schumann's Rolling Ridges development, adding to the 52 built in the first three phases, said Cheryl Roeder, city clerk.
The City Council, at a public hearing on the matter two weeks ago, unanimously approved the final plat for Schumann's development...
