In most cases, City Administrator Bill Schimmel Jr. talks with the Stewartville City Council.
Last week, he spent some time with the Stewartville School Board.
In a brief address, Schimmel spoke about the city's effort to update its comprehensive plan, which he called a road map that will guide the community's growth and development through 2042.
