Jack is survived by his wife, Marian; his son, Craig (Sarah) of rural Racine and daughter, Cristal (Pat) Collins of rural Stewartville; five grandchildren, Jamie (Hayley) Maxwell, Jennifer Maxwell, Tyler Collins, Joshua Collins and Emma Collins; two great-grandchildren, Liam and Casen Maxwell; sister, Patricia (Dan) Kleinpaste of Harlan, Iowa; brother, Richard Maxwell of Breemer, Neb. and sister-in-law, Marjorie Maxwell of Kansas City, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary Maxwell.
