Andrea “Andi” Wagner-Watts developed a two-part structural silicone sealant used to adhere glass to U.S. Bank Stadium, the new home of the Minnesota Vikings. Professional Builder Magazine has chosen her one of its top “Forty under 40” building employees in the United States.

As a girl growing up in Stewartville, Andrea Wagner was interested in architecture and had an aptitude for math.
After graduating from Stewartville High School in 2002, she decided to attend Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where she majored in civil engineering.
She didn't know it at the time, but her decision to attend Cornell laid the foundation for a career that has included being part of DuPont's Performance Building Solutions group. Thanks to her work for DuPont, Professional Builder Magazine has chosen her as one of its top "Forty under 40" building employees in the United States.
Looking back, she says attending Cornell is one of the best decisions of her life...
