For Nate Deprey, a gingerbread house is a Christmas delight.
Deprey, the director of the Stewartville Public Library, is pleased to announce that beginning on Monday, Dec. 7, the library will offer free gingerbread houses to local and area residents interested in decorating them.
"We have 120 gingerbread houses we're going to build for people so they can take them home and decorate them themselves," he said.
Socially distanced workers:
Deprey, his library staff and three sixth-grade student volunteers, taking the role of socially distanced factory workers, will build the gingerbread houses at the library on Saturday, Dec. 5...
