The Stewartville School District's community education department has received free children's books from the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation (SMIF). Sara Ellerbusch, early childhood coordinator and teacher for Stewartville Early Childhood Family Education, said her program received 200 books in partnership with Capstone and ABDO, Mankato-based publishers of children's books...
