Depending on a decision from the Minnesota departments of education and health, Stewartville's students and teachers will likely start the 2020-21 school year in one of three ways. Belinda Selfors, superintendent, told the School Board last week that the possibilities include returning to face-to-face instruction, continuing with distance learning, or moving forward with a hybrid between the two. "We could use one or all the models," Selfors said. "It's just a hypothetical, but it could happen. We know that all three alternatives have to have good legs and a solid foundation, because one or all could be used."
