The city of Stewartville's Economic Development Authority is helping a Main Street business spruce up its property.
The EDA, at its regular monthly meeting last week, voted 5-0 to approve a $5,000 grant for A+ Nails, which will use the money to fix its building at 201 North Main St.
EDA members Adam Wright, Mark Rusciano, Nic Hale, Mayor Jimmie-John King and Councilperson Craig Anderson all approved the grant. Jim Kuisle, EDA president, and member Kari York were absent.
