hree of the four candidates seeking two seats on the City Council took part in a forum at the Stewartville Civic Center on Thursday evening, Oct. 8.
Incumbents Brent Beyer and Jeremiah Oeltjen, along with challenger Dick Uptagrafft, each answered 10 questions from moderator Nick Johnson in a debate hosted by the Stewartville Area Chamber of Commerce.
