Incumbents Jeremiah Oeltjen and Brent Beyer were re-elected to four-year terms on the Stewartville City Council last week.
As the top vote-getter among four candidates vying for two Council seats, Oeltjen finished with 1,725 votes, with Beyer close behind with 1,713 votes.
Challenger Dick Uptagrafft, who has served a total of five four-year terms on the Council, was third with 1,393 votes. Daniel J. Ware, who has run for a Council seat every even-numbered year since 2000, finished with 722 votes.
