Fifteenth Avenue Northeast is a gravel road that runs north to south along the eastern border of the city of Stewartville.
High Forest Township officials, hoping to pave the road, have applied for a grant, estimated at $1.25 million, from the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP).
