City leaders are moving ahead with plans to fix Fifth Avenue Southeast in 2022 and 2023.
The City Council, at its regular meeting last week, unanimously approved a resolution accepting a feasibility study from Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH), the city's engineering firm, and calling for a public hearing to discuss the proposed project.
