Moving to help The Tiger Charge, Inc.

The Slightam family and Jimmy's Salad Dressings & Dips have helped The Tiger Charge, Inc., a local charitable organization, expand its hopes and dreams.
Through its Low Water Bridge Foundation, the longtime Stewartville business donated $5,000 to the Stewartville Community Foundation, which distributed the funds to The Tiger Charge, Inc.
The Tiger Charge, Inc. began in 2020, when founder Becky Carlson learned many families in the Stewartville School District had needs that had not been met. Working with Courtney Fakler and Joelle McDonald, school social workers, the organization provides funding and supplies for students and families as needs arise.
After school staff identify a need and send a request to The Tiger Charge, Inc., the organization typically fulfills the need within a day. During the 2021-22 school year, The Tiger Charge, Inc. has responded to many requests from families in need of items such as clothing and winter gear, hygiene products, gas and grocery cards, and school supplies and snacks, to name a few...
