Every year, Katie Doll and Julie Ristau look forward to the Fourth of July.
As neighbors, they team up to help their young children prepare for the Stewartville Area Chamber of Commerce's Summerfest Kids Parade.
"We do it every year," Doll said. "We did it last night. We want to keep the tradition with the girls."
This year, Ristau's daughter, Aubrie, 5, wore a large necklace of red, white and blue as she rode a decorated bicycle pulling Doll's daughters, Charlotte, 2, and Ava, 1 in a small wagon, also adorned in red, white and blue...
