The city of Stewartville is inching closer to qualifying for a traffic signal along Hwy. 63 at the entrance to the Schumann Business Park. Jenna Obernolte, an engineer for Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH), the city's engineering firm, told the City Council last week that the city is very close to meeting the stoplight warrants established for the intersection by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).
