Barb Neubauer, city finance director, wrote a memo to the Council explaining that the amphitheater will have a 25-foot by 40-foot stage, a concrete and wood overhead structure and terraced turf seating. To make way for the structure, workers will remove trees, move earth and establish a gravel parking lot... For more on this story pick up your copy of the April 3 Stewartville STAR.
