Roger Engholm and members of the Stewartville Planning & Zoning Commission exchanged heated words at City Hall last week. Engholm, the owner of Roger's Tree Service of Rochester, was on hand to ask the P&Z Commission for two conditional use permits: one to establish a buy, sell and trade business and the other to fence the former Boyums economart building in north Stewartville. Engholm, who recently purchased the building, plans to use the space near the structure to sell, buy and trade used cars and trucks. He also hopes to sell tools and miscellaneous merchandise from the inside of the building.
