Heather Holmes introduced herself to the members of the city of Stewartville's Economic Development Authority last week.
Holmes is the former project manager for Journey to Growth (J2G), a recently completed, five-year regional economic development initiative designed to improve the economy of southeast Minnesota.
In the coming year, Holmes will split time at City Hall with Joya Stetson, vice president of marketing for Community Economic Development Associates (CEDA) of Chatfield, who works with the EDA to support local companies and attract new businesses to Stewartville...
