Moving forward with more industrial development, city leaders have hired an Elgin firm to build a retention pond in southeast Stewartville.
Dirt Proz submitted a bid of $167,178 to build the Bucknell Regional Pond. Rainwater that hits impervious surfaces, such as asphalt or concrete, will flow into the pond, to be established near the Bucknell Industrial Park development...
