If city leaders approve a preliminary tax levy proposed last week, Stewartville residents whose homes don't increase in value will see no increase on the city portion of the tax bill in 2021.
The City Council unanimously approved a resolution last week setting the city's preliminary levy at $3,659,013 for 2021, a $190,384 increase from the city's $3,468,629 certified levy for 2020...
