City officials' decision to hire two additional deputies for 2022 is working well for Stewartville, Olmsted County Sheriff Kevin Torgerson told the City Council at a recent meeting. Torgerson, speaking at the Council's Tuesday, March 22 session, indicated the two new deputies are working what's known as a "power shift," between 2 p.m. and 2 a.m. each day they work...
