Main Street in the city of Racine is all dressed up in a special way. Residents who drive or walk along the road that leads from Hwy. 63 past the city's United Methodist Church will see large, banner-sized photos of the seven 2022 Stewartville High School graduates who call Racine home. Racine City Councilman John Renn, standing in a bucket high above the ground, attached the photos to poles along Main Street on Saturday, April 23.
