A Stewartville woman will face a number of drug charges in Olmsted County District Court. Lisa Phillips, 40, has been charged with felony second-degree sale of a controlled substance, felony third-degree possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of stolen property, and gross misdemeanor introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.
