A sweet thing to do!

Sheila Majerus, left, and Janet Speltz, members of the Stewartville Morning Lions Club, celebrated May Day by dropping off May baskets filled with small candy bars and other sweet treats for delivery to the residents of the Stewartville Care Center, Stewartvilla Apartments and Root River Estates on Sunday, May 1. Senior citizens at the Center for Active Adults and residents of the Garden Cottage Senior Apartments of Stewartville also received May baskets.
