Goats may soon be chewing on buckthorn at Bear Cave Park. Sean Hale, public works director, told the City Council last week the Park Board has agreed to seek bids for a team of goats to rid the park of its buckthorn problem. After the Park Board accepts a bid, the goats would start working on the buckthorn in 2023, Hale said. The funds for the project would be part of the city's 2023 budget, he said...
