Students who need additional instruction in a variety of subjects can find the help they need from the Stewartville School District's summer school program.
The School Board, at its regular meeting on Monday, March 23, approved summer school proposals for elementary (K-5), Middle School (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) students.
Zane McInroy, principal of Bonner Elementary School, and Jeff Johnson, principal of Bear Cave Intermediate School (BCI), said in a report to the School Board that the elementary summer school program is designed for students in grades K-5 who need additional instruction in reading/language arts and/or mathematics...
