With the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic still on everyone's minds, Stewartville school officials need more time to determine how the district's students will return to class this fall.
Gov. Tim Walz announced on Thursday, July 30 that the state's districts will use "informed flexibility" to open their schools, indicating that each district will open its school buildings based on its county or counties' COVID-19 infection rate.
Belinda Selfors, superintendent, said everyone at Stewartville Public Schools wants local students back on campus as much as possible and as safely as possible...
