The Stewartville School District will shut down if COVID-19 cases exceed 5 percent enrollment in two of the district's buildings.
Also, district officials will consider closing all the district's schools if 20 percent or more of the district's staff in two buildings are absent due to a quarantine.
Those two statements are included in a plan that outlines how the district will respond to a variety of coronavirus (COVID-19) scenarios.
