1/11/2021 11:24:00 AM School Board plans to introduce "development topics" at meetings
At upcoming meetings, the Stewartville School Board will set aside 30 minutes to learn more about specific topics of interest.
School Board members, at their regular meeting last week, agreed to email lists of suggested education-related topics to Rebecca Wortman, School Board chair.
Wortman and Belinda Selfors, superintendent, spoke to the School Board last week, suggesting the Board could incorporate a "monthly development topic" into its meetings once each month.
"We'd like to hear from you guys about what you want to know, what you want to learn about," Wortman said...
