The Stewartville 18U baseball team committed seven errors and fell behind 9-1 after the first four innings before St. Charles plated two runs in the bottom half of the sixth inning and the game was called because of the 10-run rule. With the loss, the Tiger record evened at 3-3.
The Stewartville 16U baseball team outhit the Bombers 9-7, but lost a one-run bout when it traveled to Cannon Falls on July 27. After spotting the Bombers two runs in the first inning, the Tigers roared back to score four of their own in the top half of the third and take a 4-2 lead. Stewie's rally was fueled by run-scoring hits from Chase Neubauer and Brady Pickett.
The Stewartville 14U baseball team split a doubleheader in Rochester on July 24, winning 11-5 in the first game before falling 7-1 in game two.
