With hopes of punching a ticket for its first-ever trip to state, the No. 2 Stewartville boys basketball team (17-4) advanced in the MSHSL Section 1AA playoffs. The Tigers needed two overtimes to post an 85-77 win over No. 7 Chatfield (11-6) in quarterfinal action on March 19 and then won 62-56 over No. 3 Lake City (13-6) in the semifinals on March 22 before its season-ending 78-61 loss to No. 1 Caledonia (18-1) in the championship game on March 24...
