After leading 7-0 midway through the first quarter and 14-0 with 4:34 left in the game, the No. 1 top-seeded Stewartville football team was shocked in a 22-21 overtime loss to No. 4 seeded Byron in the Section 1AAAA semifinal game of the MSHSL state playoffs at home on Oct. 30. The heartbreaking loss ended a dream season and the Tigers finished the 2021 campaign with an 8-1 record...
