Cole Jannsen fired impressive 18-hole round of 75 to lead the Stewartville boys golf team to a score of 313, but it was No. 4 Alex Larson, who shot an 81, who lifted the Tigers to a four-stroke victory over very strong Rochester John Marshall and rival Byron with 338 in a triangular meet on May 5. The day after beating JM in the triangular, Stewartville edged the Rockets again, this time by five strokes, 300-305 in the Tigers' final home meet of the season.
