Ian Bell, 20, of Fountain Hills, AZ, son of Kent Bell and Renee Schimek, formerly of Stewartville, left for the Navy on Tuesday, March 20.

Ian was born in Albuquerque, NM and lived there during his Dad's service with the Air Force 1550th Combat Crew Training Wing on Kirtland AFB. Ian moved with his family, including his younger sister Megan, to Fountain Hills, AZ in 1995. He grew up in Fountain Hills enjoying motorsports, playing the drums and guitar, camping, fishing, target shooting, enjoying his friends, and pursuing physical fitness. Ian is an avid reader and is a 2010 graduate of Fountain Hills High School. Ian will begin his Navy career as Navy Corpsman on a four-year enlistment.
