Friends and family from both Florida and Minnesota joined Christopher Gary Geist and Dufi Jo Allen for a beachside wedding ceremony at the Thunderbird Resort in Treasure Island, FL on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013. The reception was held aboard the Calypso Queen Tropical Dinner Cruise in Clearwater Beach, FL.
Dufi is a former resident of Stewartville. She graduated from Fletcher High School in Jacksonville, FL in 1991. She attended Cambridge Institute in Altamonte Springs, FL, where she earned her nursing degree and is currently working for Centra Care in Orlando, FL.
Christopher is a 1990 graduate of Stewartville High School. He earned his degree in technology from RCTC in Rochester and is currently working for Walt Disney World of Orlando, FL.
Mother of the bride is Marilyn Allen, a former Stewartville resident, who resides in Davenport, FL. Parents of the groom are Ronald and Sandra Geist, who reside in Stewartville.
Dufi and Christopher are residing in Haines City, FL.
