Dan and Barbara Hurley of Sandy, Utah, announce the engagement of their son, John, to Eyrn Jones, daughter of Kristin Jones of Loveland, Colo.
John is a 2012 graduate of Salt Lake Community College, where he received his degree in criminal justice. He resides in Gulfport, Miss.
Eyrn is a 2013 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where she earned her degree in history and secondary education.
John is with the U. S. Navy. Eyrn is employed with Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loveland.
The couple will be married June 9, 2017 in Loveland.
Following their marriage, they will reside in Gulfport.
John's father was born and raised in Stewartville. His grandparents, Pat and Dorothy Hurley, live in Stewartville.
