Jeremy L. Griffith and Roselle Taburata were united in marriage on July 1, 2016 at Stewartville United Methodist Church with Pastor Wane Souhrada officiating.
Present in the congregation was the bride's mother, Mrs. Rosealina Taburata, who arrived in the United States only 10 days earlier from the Philippines and traveled from Texas with the bride's sister and family to attend the wedding. Roselle and her mother had not seen each other for nine years.
Jeremy is a graduate of Stewartville High School, St. Cloud State University and has a master's degree from Full Sail University, Winter Park, Fla. He retired as a captain from the U. S. Army Reserve and is employed by Mayo Clinic. He is the son of Leonard and Kathy Griffith of Stewartville.
Roselle Taburata-Griffith is a graduate of Notre Dame Tacurong University, Tacurong City, Philippines. She became a U. S. citizen one year ago and is also employed by Mayo Clinic.
