Nathan James Ryan and Alexa Ellen Foster are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding on Sept. 2, 2017, in Rock Island, Ill.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike Foster of New Windsor, Ill. and Mary and Doug O'Neill of Milan, Ill. She graduated from Rockridge High School and Iowa State University. She works in public relations at Weber Shandwick in Minneapolis.
The groom-to-be is the son of Don and Pat Ryan of Stewartville. He graduated from Stewartville High School and Iowa State University. He works in marketing for Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis.
