With the 2023 street reconstruction season having already begun on Fifth Avenue Southeast, city leaders have taken the first step to plan street work for 2024.
The City Council, at its Tuesday, March 28 meeting, voted 4-0 to adopt a resolution ordering Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH), the city's engineering firm, to prepare a feasibility study for the city's 2024 CIP (capital improvement project).
