Carlson, the founder of The Tiger Charge, Inc., and Nolander, a Tiger Charge board member, were absolutely overwhelmed.
The Stewartville Area Community Foundation raised the money at its fourth Toast and Taste event, held at the Rochester International Event Center on Friday evening, March 24.
