8/23/2021 11:05:00 AM Council OKs equipment agreement
Editor
If the city of Stewartville needs equipment for a street project, Olmsted County can provide what's necessary at an established price per hour.
The City Council, at its regular meeting on Tuesday evening, Aug. 10, unanimously approved an agreement stating if Mayor Jimmie-John King or an authorized City Council member asks for extra help with blading or snow plowing, Olmsted County will provide the equipment to get the job done.
The agreement stipulates, however, that Olmsted County will provide the city its equipment and operators as long as they're not needed to address a more urgent maintenance need on the County highway system.
