The Stewartville VFW baseball team finished District 1A play with a record of 13-8 and will carry a 16-9 overall mark into the VFW State Tournament on Aug. 12-15 in Austin. The local nine won its vital first District 1A Tournament game at Northfield July 24-25 to earn a State berth before losing two games that determined seeding at State...
