The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the city of Stewartville are working together to improve the Veterans Memorial Park to be built near the south entrance to the city.
The City Council, at a recent meeting, agreed the city of Stewartville should pay $11,161 toward the cost of a restroom for the park, being built to honor United States veterans for their service...
