Faced with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch presented a virtual National Wheelchair Sports Camp June 12-16.
Bob Bardwell, founder of Ironwood Springs, said more than 125 individuals with disabilities took part in this year's four-day camp. Three of them were in hospital beds, he said.
Twelve people from five different states formed the leadership team for the camp, Bardwell said. Many of the campers spoke up and shared their feelings from a distance, he said...
