ONB Bank of Stewartville celebrated its grand opening last week by writing a $5,000 check to help pay for the new VFW Veterans Memorial Park to be built near the city’s south entrance. ONB Bank of Stewartville wrote a check to celebrate its grand opening last week.
The bank's executives and employees were on hand to give away $5,000 to help pay for the new Veterans Memorial Park to be built near Stewartville's south entrance.
"Today is about raising awareness to support a good project," Brad Becker, the bank's president and CEO, told those gathered at the bank's lobby on Tuesday, July 21. "Part of being a good community member is giving back to the community. We really appreciate the opportunity to help in a small way."
