Three candidates are running for three open seats on the Stewartville School Board. Incumbents Will Welch and Nichol O'Neill, elected to their first four-year terms in 2016, have both said they plan to seek re-election. Newcomer Scott Romens filed an affidavit for candidacy at the Stewartville School District office last week, becoming the third candidate for the three open seats...
