City leaders have decided to help a developer pay for the construction of Flats 55, an upper-scale, four-story apartment complex to be built near Bear Cave Intermediate School.
The City Council, at a public hearing at Stewartville City Hall last week, unanimously approved a resolution to provide a $280,000, 15-year tax abatement to PGGM1 LLC, which plans to build a 73,000 square-foot building that will include 55 apartments and 33 underground parking spaces...
