Ever since the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic forced him to close his barber shop in mid-March, Darrell Nierenhausen has missed his longtime customers.
Nierenhausen, the owner of Darrell's Emporium (Darrell the Barber) in the City Center Plaza, had hoped to be back on the job on Monday, May 4, but learned last Thursday he'll have to wait two more weeks.
That's because Gov. Walz extended the state's stay-at-home restrictions to limit the virus's spread to Monday, May 18...
