Southbound and northbound drivers along Hwy. 63 in Stewartville will soon encounter feedback signs that will let them know exactly how fast their vehicles are moving.
The City Council, at a recent meeting, unanimously approved paying $7,854 for two driver feedback signs to be placed along Hwy. 63, one at the Root River bridge and the other near the south entrance to the city.
Mayor Jimmie-John King and councilpersons Craig Anderson, Brent Beyer, Jeremiah Oeltjen and Josh Arndt all approved the $7,854 expenditure, based on the amount the state of Minnesota would bid for the signs...
