Mindful of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, city officials are planning for orderly and safe voting at the Stewartville Civic Center on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Cheryl Roeder, city clerk, said the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day.
"We want to let the public know what we're doing to keep the polling place safe, not only for our polling judges, but also for the public," she said.
Voters are asked to enter and exit the Civic Center on the south side, or in the back of the building, Roeder said...
